This is Tube Blog, a free, theme that I had designed for one of my blogs. This free theme is released under a license, so you’re pretty much free to use it however you wish (even use it commercially) provided you keep the links in the footer intact.
This theme is widget ready. It contains four sidebar widgets, one controls the description, one controls the featured area, the friends area and sidebar. The preview works , however this blog isn’t setup correctly so the view is a little different.
If you wish to use this as a tube theme:
To show videos place the embed code into the videoembed custom field. For the Thumbnails place the img src in the excerpt field. The description goes in the post area.
You must also set the frontpage to use the home.php template
